SHIPPING

1) Shipping is free for orders carried out in Italy and European Union (UK  included). A 10€ forfait-price will be charged for orders from other countries.

2) Delivery will come as soon as possible – using best national and international couriers – and anyway within:

7 days for orders carried out in Italy;

10 days for orders carried out in Europe;

15 days for orders carried out in the rest of the world

In case you need express-shipping, please do let us know in the “order notes” box.

For customised items, shipping times could get longer than stated above.

3) After purchase phase, further information about shipping will be available.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1) For online purchases which do not live up customers’ expectations, Gandhara will refund the whole price regardless of the reason. Whole refunds will occur only in case items are returned within the listed below times (see Point 3) and in their original condition, which means: trunk intact and clean, box not ruined, label intact and attached.

The same conditions are to be applied in case you should change the item purchased with a same model of different size or with a different model.

2) Refund will not be permitted for customized items.

3) If you want to return an online purchased item; you’ll have to communicate Gandhara within 14 days from the date you received it. From the day of your communication, you’ll have 30 days to send the item back

4) Shipping costs for returns from Italy are at expense of Gandhara. A 10 € forfait price will be charged for returns from other countries.

5) Once received back the item, Gandhara will check its original condition (see Point 1). If conditions comply with Gandhara policies, the refund will proceed in the most suitable way for the customer, or with the item substitution.

6) In case one or more conditions listed in Point 1 are only partially or not-at-all fulfilled, Gandhara will reserve the right to reduce the amount of money to refund, or to not refund it at all.

Among Gandhara trunks, “Shangri La”, “Mustang”, “Fleur de Lis”, “Petit Croix” and “Sacre Coeur” models are extremely precious and delicate.

The shining effect created on fabrics, is the outcome of long and complex print and engraving processes: on the previously painted fabric, where patterns have been printed with a roller, gold and silver colors are first passed, and then fixed.

In order to make this effect last as long as possible, it is essential that you follow some rules when washing them:

1) wash in 30° water or by hand, using delicate detergents
2) do not rub
3) do not soak
4) iron just on the reverse side and always placing a rag between iron and trunk, without steam

Mind your trunks also when seated on leather (genuine/eco) objects and when on the rocks.

Last but not least, be also aware that chlorine and salt are two powerful disinfectants: you do not need to wash your trunks too much! Yet it is fundamental to rinse them with fresh water after bathing in the sea and in the swimming pool.

Same care has to be observed for the t-shirts featuring Shangri La and Fleur de Lis fabrics.
