Returns And Exchanges
1) For online purchases that do not satisfy the buyer's expectations, Gandhara will refund the full amount paid at the time of purchase, regardless of the reason. It is mandatory that the item is returned within the timeframes listed below (see Point 2) and in its original condition, namely: the item must be intact and clean and with the tag intact and attached to the product. entro i tempi sotto elencati (v. The same conditions apply if you request an exchange for the same model in a different size or for a different model.
2) In case you want to return an item purchased online, you'll have to communicate it to Gandhara within 14 days by the date of receive. Shipping must then occur within 30 days from the day of the communication.
3) Return expenses are - JUST FOR ITALY - on Gandhara; on the customer for all other countries.
4) Once got back the item, Gandhara will examine the conditions (see point 1). If everything's ok , will procede with the refund in the most suitable way for the customer or the exchange of the item.
5) In case one or more conditions listed in point one are only partially met or not met at all, Gandhara has the right to reduce the amount due or to not refund at all.
